Rücker AG – the Engineering Company which is quoted on the Stock Exchange.

Its current chairman, Wolfgang Rücker founded the Rücker Group in Wiesbaden, Germany in 1970. The group was listed on the Stock Exchange in 2000 and is now a leading supplier of design and engineering services for aircraft and automotive development.

Rücker AG is a financial and managing holding company. It has a centralized administration structure for the operative units in Germany and in the rest of the world.

Rücker Ibérica (founded in 1988) and Lypsa (founded in 1984) joined together in 2004 to form Rücker Lypsa Ltd. The company headquarters are located in Cornellá de Llobregat (Barcelona) and the workshop is located in Martorell (Barcelona). Rücker Lypsa is the center of competence for styling, design and models of the whole group and is also leader in the Spanish market in design engineering in powertrain, body and trim development as well as electric / electronic development.

Rücker Lypsa is currently employing over 350 people.
